When everything feels like it’s coming apart, we do what women have always done — we come together. As Trump and the far right ramp up their attacks on our rights, our safety, and our democracy, we’re holding the line with something stronger: community, connection, and courage.
These are overwhelming times. The chaos we see nationally — from bans on bodily autonomy to the erosion of civil rights — is bleeding into every part of our lives. It’s easy to feel powerless. But we are not. That’s why we’re creating this space: not for speeches or soundbites, but for real talk. A roundtable where you can be heard. A place to vent, reflect, strategize, and find your people.
📅 Saturday, July 26
🕘 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 South Bay Labor Council – Great Hall
2302 Zanker Road, San Jose, CA 95131
This isn’t a panel. It’s a movement in motion — with rotating roundtables designed to spark connection and conversation across issues. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in multiple discussions, share your experiences, and help shape where we go next.
Bring your stories, your worries, your fire. We’ll bring the tables, the prompts, and the community. Let’s remind each other that we’re not powerless — we are the movement.
What to Expect:
Roundtable conversations led by you — no panels, no speeches
Prompts to guide meaningful, action-focused discussion
A welcoming space to listen, vent, plan, and connect
Light refreshments and a reflection wall
A supportive community ready to turn ideas into action
Topics may include:
Reproductive justice
Economic equity
Safety and justice
Immigration
Housing and homelessness
Political power and representation
Intersectionality and community solutions
